We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. User Obligations

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services and to update such information promptly if it changes.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

4.3 Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and bank transfers. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all services rendered.

4.4 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Extra distance beyond base service area
  • Additional stops or route changes
  • Wait times beyond the agreed period
  • Last-minute changes or rush services
  • Peak traffic surcharges
  • Airport or special venue fees

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Client

Cancellation terms vary by service:

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund
  • No-show: Full charge applies

Special bookings and peak season reservations may have different cancellation policies.

5.2 Cancellation by Netalyst

We reserve the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, safety concerns, or vendor unavailability. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or alternative arrangements.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Service Warranty

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

6.2 Third-Party Providers

We work with carefully selected third-party providers. While we vet our partners, we are not liable for their actions or failures to perform.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netalyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6.4 Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your personal belongings. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items unless caused by our gross negligence.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Netalyst and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of government, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
